Regarding COVID-19: Order Fulfillment Delays

To our loyal clients and new supporters:

Our biggest thanks goes out to you for deciding to shop with us during these uncertain times. We know that we're providing non-essential goods, but much like other small businesses across the country, we at Jasmine Chong have been affected by COVID-19. Please know that we are humbled by your actions, and know that your purchases and pre-orders are helping to keep our small team running.

This is an unprecedented moment, and every day is an experiment in how best to approach our day-to-day operations. To ensure the safety and wellness of our people, and to support the national effort towards preventative measures, our seamstresses here in New York are currently all at home and focused on producing face masks for donation. Additionally, until further notice, our Garment District atelier is closed and all appointments are paused.

On the digital end, however, we will continue to process any and all orders. Please note some important details that may affect your order:

  • As a New York City-based business, many of our physical operations are paused until the executive order is lifted on non-essential businesses. All orders (with the exception of the Ella Scrunchie) placed today will be ready to process and ship within 7 business days once that executive order has been lifted.
  • Celestia F/W 2020 pre-orders will ship in September, pending the status of the executive order.
