SHIPPING

We ship to the United States, Mexico, Canada, and most international regions.

We offer free shipping via USPS on orders exceeding $500 within the continental United States. For our international customers, the cost of shipping will be calculated at check-out. International shipping rates vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the package. 

Please note we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date. We invite you to reach out to us at info@jasminechong.com if you require additional help with an order, we will do our best to accommodate. 

Prices and taxes assessed during checkout are exclusive of any import duties, VAT taxes, and fees that may or may not be incurred. If you live outside of the US, you may be responsible for any of these taxes upon delivery of your order.

Once you receive an order confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days, with the exception of certain circumstances. (Please read our Covid-19 note for all orders placed between March 15 - August 1.)

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Full-price items are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after receipt. After 14 days, all sales are final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, undamaged, with tags intact and in the same condition that you received it.

All sale/discounted items are final sale and can not be refunded. All hair accessories are non-refundable for hygiene reasons. 

To begin the returns process, please e-mail info@jasminechong.com with your order number, and follow instructions provided. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item(s) that does not meet our return policies.
